ReactAdmin End User License Agreement (EULA)

Simple Human Explanation You may use any of our Licenses to create projects, websites, web apps, or mobile apps for both personal and commercial use. The code and design files of the products can be accessed by one or multiple persons from your team, depending on the license you choose.

Restrictions

  • You may not use our products to create templates, UI kits, dashboards, themes, or plugins for distribution on your website or other marketplaces that compete with ReactAdmin.
  • You may not distribute our source code to the public through open source projects without our written consent.
  • You may not use our products to create website/app generators.
  • You may not redistribute or resell our products’ source files as they are.

General By using any digital product (Item) from ReactAdmin, you agree that this EULA is a legally binding and valid contract and agree to be bound by it. You agree to abide by the intellectual property laws and all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

License Period A License is for life. That means, once you buy it, you can use the Item forever within the restrictions described in this document.

License Definitions

  • Item: The product created by ReactAdmin that comes with HTML, CSS, JS, and other source code files available to the Person after purchasing any of our licenses.
  • Person: The individual who has purchased any of our Licenses.
  • End Product: Any artifact (website, web app, mobile app, dApp) produced that incorporates the Item or derivatives of the Item.
  • End User: A user of an End Product.
  • Client: An individual or company that receives custom services directly from the Person, produced specifically for that individual or company.

About the Source Code ReactAdmin sells the source code, so you can completely change it based on your requirements. Our items may use many libraries, which are free and open source. If you need the source code of any library, you can obtain it from its repository.

License Types

  • Freelancer License: Grants permission to 1 person to use the Item. You can create personal websites or end products for one client.
  • Startup License: Grants permission to up to 5 persons to use the Item. Similar to the Freelancer License with the allowance for a small team.
  • Company License: Grants permission to 5 to 20 persons to use the Item. You can create multiple end products for your company or clients.
  • Enterprise License: Grants permission to more than 20 persons to use the Item. Suitable for large companies requiring extensive use of the Item.

Liability Under no circumstances shall ReactAdmin be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Items. ReactAdmin reserves the right to change prices and revise the resource usage policy at any moment.

Termination ReactAdmin can terminate this license if you violate its terms. If that happens, you must stop making copies of or distributing the End Product until you remove the Item from it.

Ownership ReactAdmin retains ownership of the Item but grants you the license on these terms. This license is between ReactAdmin and you.
